Local music label White Swan Records presents Manish Vyas' first solo US tour June 24 - July 18 with the closing concert to be held here in Boulder. His performances are billed as "evenings of devotion, meditation and celebration" during which he performs his own much-loved chants and songs in an intimate, live setting. Born and raised in the great musical culture of India, Manish creates an authentic yet accessible form of devotional chant and song, incorporating the celebratory element of India's original Kirtan tradition.
