Farm to Table Dinners

Restaurant 4580 kicks off it's popular Farm to Table Dinners on May 20, featuring organic asparagus from Jay Hill Farms.

These special dinners feature a 4 course chef's tasting menu highlighting the organic bounty of North Boulder's own Jay Hill Farms. Dinners are $35 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). Farm to Table Dinner schedule for the rest of the season is as follows:
  • June 25-Rhubarb
  • July 15-Zucchini
  • August 26-Tomatoes
  • September 16-Peppers
  • September 30-Eggplant
Jay Hill Farms is one of Boulder County's first Certified Organic Farms. Their produce is available online and at the Boulder County Farmers Market.

Restaurant 4580, located in North Boulder at 4580 Broadway, is a friendly, relaxing neighborhood place that serves up consistently tasty and interesting food.
