The Children’s Museum of Denver promotes health and fitness for every member of the family; even those crawling or toddling to the finish line!
Hop, Skip & a Jump Start The 3rd annual fitness fundraiser at the Children’s Museum of Denver is a stroller-friendly, 5k, Infant Crawl, Toddler Trot and Kid Course. Proceeds support the Children’s Museum of Denver’s educational programming, innovative Playscapes, outreach initiatives and learning through play!
Day of activities including:
- Pom-Pom Making with momslikeme.com
- RUFF Flyball Demonstration immediately following the mini-meets
- Face Painting with Denver Vail Orthopedics
- Award Medal Creation
- Bunny & Froggie Hat Construction
Saturday, September 12th
Race Day Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. on the Children’s Museum Plaza
5k starts at 9:00 a.m.
Mini-meets begin at 10:00 a.m.
Activities & Expo - 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

The 5K goes along the Platte River
Cost:
5K Registration ~ $35
Mini-Meet Registration* (Infant Crawl, Toddler Trot and Kid Course) ~ $15 with 5k registration, $25 without
*Limit 2 children per 5k participant. Registration for each additional child is $20.
Registration includes: Race bib, Museum admission, t-shirt/onesie, post-race snacks and activities.
